Ingredients - Spinach Omlette Recipe / Palak Omlette Recipe
- Egg : 2
- Spinach : 1/2 cup (chopped finely)
- Onion : 1 small (finely chopped)
- Black Peppercorn Powder (kali mirch) : 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil : 1 tsp
In a broad pan, heat the oil. When the oil is medium hot, throw chopped onion in it. Fry till onion turns light pink in color. Now add chopped spinach in it.
Add salt and black pepper powder now. Cook till spinach becomes mushy. It takes only a minute to cook onion and spinach.
Now pour the beaten eggs over. Cook it on medium heat. Lift from a corner and check if omelette is turning golden from the bottom side. When it is golden from bottom, flip the side and turn the flames off.
