Chili Baingan Recipe | How to make Chili Eggplant  This Chili Baingan Recipe is inspired by Andhra Chili Chicken Recipe where chicken is cooked in the green chili paste / gravy. I like Andhra chili chicken. So , when I tried the that preparation and method with baingan, this was very different and very tasty baingan dish.  Not to mention that it is a super chilly dish and super tasty too. I modified the Andhra Chilli Chicken recipe slightly to make the Chili Baingan dish. I did not use cloves, black cardamom and other whole spices to make chili baingan. I kept it simple. I added a little mango powder and instead of green chili paste, I used chopped green chili. Green chilli paste also can be used in this dish but I thought it would need at least 4 - 5 green chilli to make a fine paste and that will make chili baingan super hot and not easy to eat also.  I am not fond of red chili powder much so i skipped that in my recipe, but if one likes red chili powder, that al
